Event Staff | Los Angeles, CA

Fierce Staffing Services is actively seeking Event Staff to support Taste of Soul LA, one of the largest street festivals in the nation. Staff will be stationed at vendor entry points to manage vendor check-in and traffic flow, ensuring a seamless and organized experience for all participants.

Event Details

• Dates / Shifts Available:

  • Friday, October 17, 2025

  • Saturday, October 18, 2025

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in food vendors upon arrival

• Use an iPad/tablet to log vendor check-ins (similar to the In-N-Out drive-thru process)

• Support traffic flow at vendor entry points

• Provide a positive, organized, and professional experience for all vendors

• Remain on your feet for most of the shift

• Assist with event operations as directed by supervisors

Dress Code

• All-black business casual attire

• Closed-toe, comfortable black shoes (outdoor-friendly)

Candidate Requirements

• Must be reliable and punctual

• Comfortable working on your feet outdoors for extended periods

• Ability to use basic technology (iPad or tablet for vendor check-in)

• Previous event staffing, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required
