Fierce Staffing Services is actively seeking to hire Event Staff for the NAACP 115th National Convention, taking place July 9–16, 2025, in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Hosted by the NAACP—America’s oldest and largest civil rights organization—this week-long event includes a dynamic mix of thought leadership, political dialogue, training sessions, and youth engagement. This is an opportunity to be a part of a historic event that convenes civil rights leaders, public officials, and community advocates to shape the future of social justice.

We’re Hiring: Registration Staff Roles

We’re looking for highly organized, professional individuals with excellent communication and time management skills to support the registration team.

Scope of Work:

Registration Team + Event Staff

  • Assemble attendee materials, badges, and swag bags

  • Assist with registration setup and breakdown

  • Lead the check-in process for thousands of attendees

  • Greet and guide attendees throughout the convention center

  • Provide wayfinding support and crowd flow management

  • Support VIP/sponsor check-in and concierge services

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at registration and guest areas

  • Location: Charlotte Convention Center | Charlotte, NC

  • Dates: July 9–16, 2025

  • Compensation: TBD

  • Attire: All-black business casual (comfortable, professional footwear recommended)

  • Shift Times: To be determined – Open availability requested for all event dates.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Prior event, registration, or hospitality experience preferred

  • Ability to stay on your feet for long periods and assist with setup/tear down

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills

  • Positive, team-oriented, and proactive attitude

  • Punctuality and professionalism are a must
