Fierce Staffing Services is building our staffing roster ahead of a major national conference coming to Los Angeles, CA. This large-scale, high-visibility gathering brings together thousands of professionals, executives, and industry leaders for several days of programming, networking, and exhibition. We're proactively identifying polished, professional Production Assistants and Brand Ambassadors who bring precision and poise to every shift, so we're ready to move quickly once the event is confirmed.

Roles

Production Assistants

Dates: September 22-25, 2026 | Hours: TBD | Positions Available: Multiple

Support the on-the-ground guest experience across registration, hospitality, production, and general event operations throughout the conference.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Assembling registration packets and swag bags
  • Assisting with venue setup and breakdown
  • Providing concierge support in sponsor lounges and VIP areas
  • Greeting and wayfinding support for attendees
  • Serving as Stage Production Assistant or Events Team Assistant as assigned

Brand Ambassadors

Dates: September 22-25, 2026 | Hours: TBD | Positions Available: Multiple

Represent Fierce Staffing and our client partners as the friendly, professional face of the event, engaging attendees and creating memorable brand moments.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and engaging attendees at booths, activations, and general session areas
  • Distributing materials and answering general attendee questions
  • Supporting registration flow and crowd management
  • Assisting with event operations as directed by supervisors

Shift Times

  • Shift Times: TBD. We are requesting open availability September 22-25, 2026, until shift times are confirmed.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are:

  • Highly professional and polished in appearance and manner
  • Strong communicators with excellent customer service instincts
  • Calm, composed, and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Adaptable and comfortable with shifting priorities in a live event environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to performing at a high level
  • Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods throughout a full shift
  • Prior experience in conference, convention, hospitality, or large-scale event staffing is strongly preferred

Attire

  • All black business casual
  • Black pants (no rips or tears)
  • Black shirt
  • Black closed-toe comfortable shoes
  • No athletic wear
