Street Team Ambassador (Part-Time)

Job Description

Fierce Staffing, on behalf of League One Volleyball (LOVB), is seeking energetic, outgoing, and reliable Street Team Ambassadors to support the launch and promotion of the new LOVB San Francisco team.

Street Team Ambassadors will represent LOVB throughout the Bay Area by attending community events, engaging with fans, distributing promotional materials, and sharing information about the team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, promoting sports and community events, and helping build excitement around professional women’s volleyball.

Street Team members will use provided scripts and promotional information to answer questions, encourage fan participation, and collect fan engagement data to help grow the LOVB fan base in the San Francisco market.

Key Responsibilities

Fan Engagement & Brand Promotion

• Represent LOVB San Francisco at community events, festivals, sporting events, watch parties, and other local activations.

• Engage with fans in a friendly and enthusiastic manner to generate excitement about the LOVB team and upcoming games.

• Share key information about the team, schedule, and events using provided talking points and scripts.

• Promote ticket sales, watch parties, and fan engagement opportunities.

Information Distribution

• Distribute flyers, promotional materials, and branded giveaways at designated street team locations.

• Direct interested fans to official LOVB resources, websites, or sign-up opportunities.

Fan Interaction & Support

• Answer basic questions about the LOVB team, events, and fan opportunities using provided information.

• Create positive fan experiences and represent the LOVB brand professionally at all times.

Data Collection

• Assist with collecting fan data including email sign-ups, surveys, and fan interest information when applicable.

• Track and report promotional material distribution and fan interactions during activations.

Event Participation

• Participate in scheduled street team activations including tabling events, watch parties, and community marketing initiatives.

• Assist with setup and breakdown of promotional materials and activation stations when required.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Comfortable approaching and engaging with the public.

• Reliable and punctual with the ability to follow event schedules and instructions.

• Interest in sports, entertainment, or community engagement.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors when required.

• Must be available for evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
