Job Summary
We are seeking professional, dependable Event Support Staff to assist with the execution of the 2026 NEA Leadership Summit, a large-scale, high-profile leadership conference. Team members will support attendee flow, registration, and session operations while delivering a polished and professional guest experience in a fast-paced conference environment.

This role requires full commitment across all event days and adherence to strict attendance and professionalism standards.

Key Responsibilities
● Support on-site event operations and attendee flow
● Assist with registration, credential distribution, and session scanning
● Provide professional guest assistance and respond to attendee questions and needs
● Support wayfinding and directional guidance throughout the venue
● Follow direction from on-site leadership and event organizers
● Maintain professionalism and composure in a high-volume conference setting

Candidate Requirements
● Reliable transportation to and from the event location
● Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods
● Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
● Prior promotional, brand ambassador, or event staffing experience preferred
● Must be at least 18 years old
