Fierce Staffing Services is actively seeking polished, professional Event Staff to support Taste of Soul LA, one of the largest street festivals in the nation. This is a high-visibility, high-energy community event in Los Angeles, CA, and staff will be stationed at vendor entry points to manage vendor check-in and traffic flow, ensuring a seamless and organized experience for every participant. We're looking for team members who bring professionalism, precision, and poise to every shift.

Event Staff
Dates: October 16-17, 2026 | Hours: TBD| Late Evening/ Overnight shifts will be required | Positions Available: Multiple
Event Staff will be stationed at vendor entry points, managing check-in and traffic flow to keep the festival running smoothly for vendors and attendees alike.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking in food vendors upon arrival
- Using an iPad or tablet to log vendor check-ins (similar to a drive-thru order process)
- Supporting traffic flow at vendor entry points
- Providing a positive, organized, and professional experience for all vendors
- Assisting with event operations as directed by supervisors

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Highly professional and polished in appearance and manner
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working on their feet outdoors for extended periods
- Comfortable using basic technology (iPad or tablet for vendor check-in)
- Calm, composed, and solutions-focused under pressure
- Adaptable and comfortable with shifting priorities in a live event environment
- Previous event staffing, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required
Attire
- All black business casual
- Black pants (no rips or tears)
- Black shirt
- Black closed-toe, comfortable, outdoor-friendly shoes
- No athletic wear
- Sweater in the evening because it may be cold.
